Neymar will retire at Paris Saint-Germain unless wage demands drop, says La Liga president
La Liga president Javier Tebas believes Neymar”will retire PSG unless he lowers his salary” after talks broke down over his proposed return to Barcelona.
The Catalan club and Real Madrid were interested in bringing back the to Spain this summer, but before the transport deadline, Neymar agreed to remain at the Parc des Princes.
The 27-year-old, who remains the planet’s most expensive footballer following his # 1 200m ($222) proceed in 2017, is under contract in PSG before 2022.
„In light of the marketplace, Neymar will retire at PSG unless he enhances his salary along with his PSG asserts,” Tebas stated.
