Jofra Archer cut from 50/1 into 16/1 to win SPOTY 2019

England seamer Jofra Archer had experienced his chances slashed on winning Sports Personality of the Year 2019, after a red hot start to his maiden Ashes appearance.
The 24-year-old has been on the receiving end of a spate of bets from the general public and has been the catalyst at Steve Smith that is unsettling at Lords.
Archer has been cut out of a to acquire the decoration, into as short as 16/1, all of the way , with money continued to pour in for the Sussex celebrity.
That is due to a flurry of bets throughout the last week, with 54% of all bets in the marketplace financing the Barbadian-born bowler.
Adhering to the Cricket World Cup, the England team has dominated the SPOTY marketplace, with the other Super Over hero in the form of Ben Stokes favourite at 11/8.
In turn, Stokes has now leapt above previous favourites for SPOTY, Lewis Hamilton (7/1) and Raheem Sterling (11/1) at the peak of the market.
