Robert Glatzel scored his first goal since the Bluebirds hit again to carry Derby in a 1-1 draw at Pride Park on Friday.
Scott Malone landed an early setback when he tapped home Martyn Waghorn’s pass (6), but Glatzel scored his first goal as a summer move in FC Heidenheim in the playground area (19) to level the Sky Bet Championship match at the rest.
Two minutes after the restart, Jack Marriott swivelled 20 metres out and popped a shot off the crossbar, while Glatzel may have added a second with a late header except for Matt Clarke clearance.
An match meant a draw was, arguably, a result, while Cardiff are to win such a term though the Rams stay without a home win beneath Phillip Cocu, making them in the table.
