Trent Alexander-Arnold says teams must be punished for racism

The Trent Alexander-Arnold of liverpool states after fighter chants were targeted at Romelu Lukaku in a game against Cagliari, teams and fans should be penalized for racism.
The Inter Milan striker was targeted during the 2-1 win over Cagliari on Saturday 1, however, the Italian FA’s sporting justice panel ruled on Wednesday that the chants could not be considered discriminatory concerning the”scale and realisation”.
Alexander-Arnold says all groups and their supporters must be punished at soccer games for incidents of discrimination.
„Clearly I feel the Italian FA had their reasons for not penalizing them [Cagliari] but that I believe every team ought to be punished. Each group’s fans should be penalized for all those sorts of activities,” the Liverpool full-back mentioned.
„It should not be happening in the game, nowadays particularly. I think that it’s disappointing to observe that.
„But I’m certain that Lukaku particularly is a strong enough personality to break that, like you have noticed straightaway -he believed the punishment and managed to close the fans up straightaway.
„That has been a positive for him and I’m sure he’ll bounce back from this and keep on doing what he can, scoring goals”
After getting abuse in the wake of conceding a penalty in Tuesday’s 2-0 Champions League decrease at 28, liverpool left-back Andy Robertson reportedly deactivated his Twitter account.
