College Football Week 3 Top Total Picks & Odds
We’re back with another trio of totals we like for Week 3 of the college football year Saturday after going.
We are going to try something new this week at choosing out an over or below both highest and the lowest total of the week and one other one we like overall.
One of the games matching Power 5 colleges, this has the lowest total, place at 42.5 currently at 5Dimes. The Spartans will be looking for revival as last year they had been ranked No. 15 and lost 16-13 in Tempe. MSU led 13-3 entering the fourth quarter, but ASU’s Brandon Ruiz acquired it using a 28-yard field goal as time expired.
Michigan State has been the country’s leading team against the run this past year and again has a defense. It has enabled a combined 24 points in home wins over Western and Tulsa Michigan so far. That dash defense is better this year. That’s not a misprint!
Arizona State has looked great on defense in permitting a combined 14 points in wins over Sacramento State and Kent State. It is the very first time ASU has enabled outputs in back-to-back matches since late at the 2008 season.
It’ll be fascinating, however, to see among the top running backs in ASU’s Eno Benjamin confront of the country that Spartans’ rush defense. The game in East Lansing ranks as seventh-longest trip by air miles (1,625) that the Sun Devils have made throughout the Pac-12 era of football. That could have an effect.

Last season, Kentucky upset No. 25 Florida 27-16. That ended UKlosing streak in the series, which was the history within an uninterrupted series. It was Kentucky’s first triumph in Gainesville since 1979.
Let me say now I provide no shot in its first couple of wins in the series as the late 1970s to Kentucky.
That is because their beginning, Terry Wilson (he accounted for 3 touchdowns last year vs. UF), has been lost for the season. Wilson tore his knee up in last week’s triumph over Eastern Michigan. Wilson has been 12-3 as a rookie in his profession.
That means the project goes to backup a transfer from Troy, Sawyer Smith. He was decent with the Trojans last season but obviously quite a different amount of competition from the SEC. Sawyer was 5-of-9 departure for 72 yards and two touchdowns substituting Wilson vs. EMU.
Sawyer will confront all FBS teams are led by a pass rush because Florida’s 15 sacks , and its 26 tackles for loss ranking second. The Gators desired five full games last year, to achieve 15 sacks, and they took seven games for to 26 tackles for loss. Meanwhile, the Kentucky has enabled 24 points or less in 15 of its last 16 games.

Saturday, September 14, 2019 – 10:30 PM EDT at Arizona Stadium, Tucson, Ariz..
This is the game in the program between Power 5 schools. And defense is going to be discretionary as it’s the maximum total on the board in 77.5.
Arizona has among the nation’s most exciting quarterbacks. While rushing for 109 yards and a touchdown, he has pitched for 499 yards and five scores. The Cats standing Top 20 nationally in rushing (304.5 ypg, ninth), scoring (51.5 ppg, 11th) and departure (325.0 ypg, 19th).
The problem is that they suck royally allowing 45 points in a Week 1 loss to FCS college Northern Arizona in the home at Hawaii and 41. While the Wildcats ended with 720 yards and a school-record 51 points in the first half, they also permitted 442 yards… to an FCS college!
Meanwhile, the Texas Tech no longer contains Kliff Kingsbury as coach but nevertheless has a high-flying crime, position No. 13 in death (350.0 ypg) and No. 30 in factors (41.5 ppg). Alan Bowman has finished 70-for-98 for 696 yards and five scores.
Authentic, Texas Tech is permitting just 6.5 points a game, and it is tied for third nationally and the least allowed by the faculty through two games since 1998. Consider that the Red Raiders have performed awful teams at Montana State and UTEP.
